Gary has developed and lead effective multiple staff ministries working with volunteers, boards, committees, ministry teams and other pastoral staff all while preaching and teaching.

With keen listening skills and compassion for those who give their lives to ministry, Gary is available for regular coaching conversations around worship and leadership, staff design, navigating complex processes with boards, or sermon preparation.

 

Professional Burn-out kills the spirit of many gifted pastors, who no longer feeling the powerful tug of inspiration which had validated a sense of call to ministry.  More than simply offering a cup of living water to saints in the church who are exhausted, Gary has deep experience in navigating the inner-personal struggles which can deplete the faith and confidence of a bruised  and wounded pastor.
